At Helping Hands Outreach Program, Inc., we develop specialized care plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. We know how complex their care needs are. That is why we have skilled professionals to do the job. Our developmental disability care team members have undergone rigorous training and extensive education to be able to address the different care needs of people with a developmental disability. We see to it that they are given the right levels of care and support they need to uphold their health, safety, and independence. We guide them towards a better quality of life by helping them carry out basic day to day living activities and integrate into the community effectively, independently, safely, and responsibly.
